Poured from on High

By Benny Hinn

We cannot ignore the counsel of the spirit or become dependent on the flesh. It is like adding sin upon sin.

“Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin” (Isaiah 30:1).

This is the situation that will remain unless there is a turnaround — until the curse is transformed into a blessing. For a road map that will guide your steps, follow the directions given by the prophet Isaiah.

He told the people to tremble, shudder, and put on sackcloth, for “upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city: Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left…. Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field” (Isaiah 32:13-15).
