332 Prophecies Fulfilled

From the beginning of time our Father has given us so many examples of His eternal love being poured out upon each of us. One of the best, most understandable pictures comes from the Old Testament. I have complied more than three hundred prophecies given in the Old Testament, fulfilled in the New Testament to help illustrate God’s great love for you today.

All the prophets throughout the Old Testament, from Genesis to Malachi, foretold vital information about the coming Messiah, Christ Jesus. It is mathematically impossible that one man could have fulfilled even a few of the specific prophecies, much less more than three hundred. Only on this one Person, in all of history, is the exact fulfillment of all these prophecies.

Christ Jesus, in fact, is the subject, goal, and center of all prophecy throughout the Old and New Testaments. He was what inspired the prophets through the centuries to testify beforehand of the birth, life, death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior.

Old Testament prophecies pointed forward to the Savior. When He came to earth, exactly as foretold, He then openly and candidly revealed to His followers, friends, and even enemies what had been written of Him.

It is my payer that you will make an eternal decision to live for the Lord Jesus as you read over these prophecies. We must accept Him as the eternal Savior when faced with all the prophecies of the Bible and centuries of living proof that He Jesus is “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29).

The message is unmistakable. No one forgives sin but God. Won’t you give the Lord Jesus your heart and life today?
